Our process is simple, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve never done a fitout before. We will guide you through the process, solve problems before they are an issue and deliver on time and budget. Initial enquiry: once we receive your initial enquiry, we will arrange a free site inspection. Evaluate plans: we meet with you to discuss your fitout project and evaluate the plans for your site. We spend time understanding your needs, your budget and your timeline. Develop a scope of work: we work with you and our shop fitters to agree what elements are to be supplied. Create a quote: once we have a defined scope of work, we develop a detailed quote for you. This includes detailed costs, a delivery timeline and any restrictions. Apply for a building permit: once the scope, price and program has been agreed, we endorse your plans so you can submit the plans for a building permit. Start manufacturing: after approval we provide specific planning and start manufacturing your fitout. You are welcome to visit our factory to see the progress of your joinery before it arrives. Work begins: we keep you updated every step of the project. And we work with your staff and the Shopping Centre or Commercial building managers to minimise disruptions and ensure safety. Completion: when we are finished on-site, we hand over a clean and operational shop or office for you and your staff. After construction: we keep in contact with you after the project is completed to attend to any issues that may arise after you start trading.

Q: I have a tight budget. How can you help make our shopfitting more affordable?

We meet with you to discuss your fitout project, evaluate the plans and inspect the site. At this meeting we spend time understanding your needs, your budget, your program. We use our experience to review everything in detail, which helps to accurately determine the fitout costs. If our quote is outside your budget then we can reduce our scope of work (perhaps you will want to supply some elements), alter finishes or change materials.

Q: How much does it cost?

Our pricing is specific to your project, scope and design. The first step is to meet and discuss your fitout project, your needs, your budget and your program. Once we have this information, we will prepare a fixed price quote for your project.

Q: How long does it take to complete the fitout?

Before the construction can start, you will need to have plans developed and a building permit. Plans can take up to six (6) weeks to complete. The building permit takes 10 days. The majority of shopfitting or office fitouts take four (4) to six (6) weeks to build. Larger projects can take between eight (8) to 12 weeks.
