We don’t do the design or the plans. You will need to engage draftsperson to prepare the plans. If you do not have a draftsperson ask us how to find one and we will point you in the right direction. We work with your draftsperson on what needs to be shown on the plans. Once the plans are completed, we will endorse them under our builders’ licence, so you can submit the plans for a building permit.

For minor works or alternations, no you won’t need plans. However, for any work in Shopping Centres and for the majority of fitouts, you will need to have plans prepared.
